The train left exactly on time. This is the way to travel. No cramped seating. No silly carry-on restrictions. Tea, coffee, and snacks served from a trolley with real food in the restaurant car. I spent the first part of the journey perusing the papers. (<em>The Times<\/em>&nbsp;for news, <em>The Daily Mail<\/em>&nbsp;for titlation &#8212; you&#8217;ve got to have both in life).<\/p>\n<p>We are rolling through the green hills of England &#8211; lots of farmland.
